Third Grade Weekly Update

Dear Parents,

We made it through another week! I really felt that 5th day and am looking forward to a rejuvenating weekend filled with sleep and hopefully less questions (can you imagine how many questions 18 kids can ask over the course of 5 days?!). 

I’m looking forward to Catholic’s Schools Weeks next week where we can enjoy some activities outside the classroom. Here is what we have in store:

Mon- “All Are Welcome” concert by Jesse Manibusan

Tues- Student appreciation: Lawrence Hall of Science Hands-on Exhibits in O’Brien Hall

Weds- Celebrate SPN Family Culture

Thurs- Oratorical Fest viewing in the classroom

Fri- Teacher appreciation: Noon Dismissal

Here are some dates to plan for:

  • Sun-Fri, Jan 30 – Feb 4 – Catholic Schools Week
  • Friday, Feb 4 – NOON DISMISSAL, staff work day
  • Monday, Feb 14 – Red, white, pink free dress
  • Tuesday, Feb 15 – Free dress Feb bdays
  • Friday, Feb 18 – NOON DISMISSAL
  • Monday, Feb 21 – NO SCHOOL, NO SHARE & CARE- President’s Day
  • Saturday, Feb 26 – Auction (Crab Feed)

Lastly, please remember to Covid test your child on Sunday and send the results to Mr. Carter before returning on Monday.
