First Grade Weekly Update

You should have received a bright yellow confirmation slip for conferences on Thursday. I will send home a zoom link on Monday, October 4, to those that requested this option. If you are coming in person, please remember that your vaccination cards need to be on file in the office. A reminder that students will attend those conferences October 5-8.

This Wednesday is a noon dismissal for students.

A Scholastic Book Order was sent home in the classwork envelopes last week. Orders should be done online and are due September 29. If you choose to purchase an extra book for our classroom library, it would be welcome at this time.

First graders will begin our Show and Tell activity the week of October 4. Please see the guidelines and schedule below.

We will need a photo of your family for our school “Belonging” Bulletin Board. Please send these in by September 29.

Our annual Blessing of the Animals Prayer Service will take place at morning assembly on the Feast of St. Francis, October 4. This year students are asked to bring a picture of their pet and/or a stuffed animal in lieu of live animals.
