Third Grade Weekly Update

Dear Parents,

Thank you all for your flexibility this past week and the cancellation of the field trip. Please know that I wouldn’t have cancelled it unless it was absolutely necessary and in the best interest for all involved. Mrs. Schopf has since taken my place in class and has done a fantastic job keeping up with our assignments. I’m hoping to be back by next week, but if not, we will either try to find a sub or continue to have Mrs. Schopf lead the class. I feel grateful that I have such a valuable and committed colleague that can pivot from assistant to teacher so seamlessly!

Here are some dates to plan for:

• Friday, May 27 – SPN Olympics @10:45,  NOON DISMISSAL
• Monday, May 30 – Memorial Day – NO SCHOOL
• Tuesday, May 31 – 8th Grade Ribbon Ceremony
• Thursday, June 2 – 8th Grade Dinner Dance
• Friday, June 3 – Baccalaureate/All School Mass
• Friday, June 3 – Graduation
• Wednesday, June 8 – End of 3rd Trimester
• Tuesday, June 14 – Moving up Ceremony
• Tuesday, June 14 – 10:30a.m. dismissal, last day of school
