Preschool Weekly Update- week of 1/30

“Whenever we do something together, something good, something beautiful, everyone changes. All of us change in some way and this does us good.”

— Pope Francis

Dear Preschool Families,

What a beautiful week! We were all so happy to be back. The children picked up right where we left off with our “Baby Animals” curriculum and enjoyed the week’s projects.

This Sunday, January 29th at 9:00am Please join us for Mass celebrating the start of Catholic School Week. Our Preschool “Open House” will be presented in the Maker Space located in the Early Elementary yard. We have beautiful artwork, projects and fabulous photos of the kids working and playing! We also have the preschool auction art piece for viewing. This is also a good time to visit your child’s TK-K classroom. Visiting next year’s classroom helps the children understand and process the transition.

Please make sure you have applied and filled out the appropriate application for next year. This time of year is busy with the application process and assessments. Please contact Mrs. Schmitz if you have questions.

Professional Development Project: As part of my professional development, I have been given permission by Peralta Community College, to use our classroom as a lab practicum. I have a release form for parents to sign with more information. Thank you for your support.

See you on Sunday!!

Blessings, Ms. Grace and Ms. Hanen
