Kindergarten Weekly Update
The students did a lovely job with “The Story of Moses” on Good Friday followed by our Seder Meal. It was a reverent prayer service and a way for our Kindergartners to show how much they have matured this past school year.
It’s hard to believe that the school year is coming to an end soon.
As we stated before, the month of May will be busy for us. We will have our May Crowning on Wednesday, May 1st at the 8:30AM Mass. Students should be in full uniform and will carry up flowers for this beautiful service and the older students will do the readings. We will provide the flowers for the students. You are invited to join us if you are able.
On Wednesday, May 8th at 9:30AM we will have our Mother’s Day Tea. Moms should have received an invitation to come and have tea with your child.
Our Spring Concert will be on Thursday, May 9th in the evening. All students are required to be in attendance.
We will begin our last series of Star Testing during the week of May 13th. You will receive a report of your child’s progress at the end of the year.
The Ribbon Ceremony takes place on Tuesday, May 29th. At this ceremony, the Kindergartners will be placing ribbons on the 8th graders who will be graduating from St. Philip Neri. It is a very moving ceremony. Try to plan to attend if you can.
Our Super Kid when we return from vacation is Leila.
Rosie will go home with Cara.
The Guesstimation Jar goes to Ivy.
