Please note that if you are unable to fulfill your scheduled time slot, YOU are responsible for finding a substitute and e-mailing
threeangelscakes@yahoo.com (with “BINGO” as the subject) or calling Nicole Campion at 510-205-4292 (before 8:00PM, please) with your new substitute.
This is especially important if you don’t like those pesky little notes charging you $250 each time you forget to show up!
Nicole Campion (threeangelscakes@yahoo.com) will remind you via e-mail of your obligation…if you don’t have an e-mail address listed in
the SPN phone book, then you will be phoned. If you have NEITHER an e-mail address nor a phone number listed, you will NOT be contacted.
Please remember that this is a courtesy reminder.

BINGO Rules:
Only one person 18 years of age or older is needed to represent your family.
Be sure to “sign in” when you arrive ON TIME (hint-hint).
No children are allowed on the premises during BINGO.

If you are interested in earning assessment hours as an emergency substitute, please call me or send a note in the family envelope.
