  Called and chosen as God's own through our baptism, nurtured by Word and Sacrament, and inspired by the Holy Spirit, we the members of Saint Philip Neri Parish of the Diocese of Oakland, dedicate ourselves to proclaiming God's love, mercy,  and justice for all, through our words and actions. Empowered by the spirit of Vatican Council II and enriched by the joyful and  generous nature of our patron, Saint Philip Neri, we strive to be active disciples of Jesus Christ in this world by sharing our unique gifts of time, talent and treasure to the glory and honor of God.
